200Y SEALANT TAPE

200Y is a high-tack sealant tape designed for use in vacuum bagging. It will maintain an air-tight seal during the cure cycle, then strip clean from the mold during bag removal. It is formulated without asbestos of solvents. Roll size is 1/2" x 25' long.

AII ECONOLEASE

AII is a close-weave nylon fabric that has been scoured and heat set. Scouring eliminates contamination from sizing and lubricants used during manufacture of the fabric and heat setting reduces the shrinkage and fraying of the fabric during cure. AIIis ideal for use on composite assemblies where secondary processing is required after the peel ply has been removed. AII is not recommended for assemblies containing phenol resins. P3 PERFORATED RELEASE FILM

PRF4 is a release film produced specifically for use in low temperature cure release applications. This film has good release properties and offers high surface area yield due to the material's low density. Material specifications: .002 x 1 meter"

BC3-4 BREATHER CLOTH

BC3-4 is a stretchable non-woven polyester felt with an excellent drape which enables it to conform closely to the contours of the part. The material's multidirectional stretch, combined with a low density, light weight construction, makes BC3-4 a highly efficient breather.
BC3-4 contains no binder that will cause restricted air flow or that will cause adhesion to the part or other components. Material specifications: 4oz x 60"

WL5400 BAGGING FILM

WL5400 should be used when the parts being vacuum bagged are very big and will take alot of abuse in handling. Material specifications: .002 x 60"

AII SL200 BAGGING FILM

AII SL200 is a thin PU film that has well over 500% elongation. After it is stretched it will return to approximately 80% of it's original size. This vacuum bagging film is perfect for multiple contour parts. Little to no pleats are needed so even the least experienced bagger can use this product.

AIRTAC 2 SPRAY ADHESIVE

AIRTAC 2 is a spray rubber adhesive designed for temporary bonds.AIRTAC 2 can be used on materials needing extra tack for placement on vertical or difficult surface areas. Infusion processes rely on this product for holding plies in place until resin infusion is completed.
