AQUA SET EPOXY RESIN

Aqua Set is a specially formulated multi-purpose epoxy system, totally insensitive to moisture, that will bond and cure even underwater and at temperatures too low for normal epoxies. Aqua Set is formulated with maximum penetrating properties for use as a sealer and laminating resin with glass cloth or synthetic woven fabrics. Aqua Set is also an excellent glue for a multitude of substrates and can be thickened with a variety of fillers for gluing irregular surfaces or for use as a putty or fairing compound. CRYSTAL SHEEN

Crystal Sheen is a two-component, smooth flowing, easily mixed epoxy polymer finish. For use on photographs, plaques, prints, signs, table and bar tops, burls, plaster and paper mache items. COLD CURE EPOXY RESIN

Cold Cure Epoxy Resin bonds virtually everything including woods, metals, concrete and non-waxy plastics in cold, wet, hot and dry weather. cold cure exhibits superior strength and bonding capabilities down to 2 deg. Celcius(35 deg. F) even in moist or humid conditions. Cold Cure is ideal for gluing together unlike materials such as wood to metal to plastics. For outdoor repairs to buildings, finish carpentry, boat construction and repair. Cold Cure provides a permanent, completely waterproof bond. SILVERTIP LAMINATING RESIN

SilerTip Laminating Resin is a medium-low viscosity, liquid epoxy resin system that has been optimized for coating and reinforcing fabric saturation in wood composite boatbuilding. It is designed for use with fiberglass, Kevlar, Dynel and graphite as well as on bare wood. It has superior wet-out characteristics with little tendency to foam or trap air. Both the resin and hardener are nearly colorless and are mixed at a 2 to 1 ratio. SilverTip cures to a brilliant blush-free film with either the fast or slow hardener eliminating secondary bonding concerns as experienced with other epoxies. The cured film is tough and resilient with better heat resistance than other epoxies cured at room temperatures.

51-CURE EPOXY RESIN

51-Cure is an epoxy system for people who are looking for the performance of popular epoxy systems that mix at a 5 parts resin to 1 part hardener. It is available with either a fast or a slow curing agent. Use 51-Cure to wet out fiberglass cloth and other reinforcing fibers. It is also a superior adhesive, bonding to composite, metals and most woods. Used with our powders 51-Cure will fill gaps and can be sanded and shaped after it cures. 51-CURE FAST HARDENER

51-Cure Fast Hardener is recommended for the majority of applications. At lower temperatures it produces a rapid cure achieving its specified physical properties at room temperature. 51-cure Fast Hardener is designed to be mixed with 51-Cure Resin at a 5 parts resin to 1 part hardener ratio.

51-CURE SLOW HARDENER

51-cure Slow Hardener is the curing agent to choose at higher temperatures when additional working time is needed. 51-cure Slow Hardener is designed to be mixed with 51-Cure Resin at a 5 parts resin to 1 part hardener ratio.

51-CURE NO BLUSH HARDENER

51-cure No Blush Hardener is the curing agent where a very clear, moisture resistant, natural wood finish is desired. It is mixed at a 3:1 ratio.

G-2 EPOXY GLUE

QUICK CURE 5

5-Cure Epoxy is a fast and convenient adhesive for a wide range of needs. 5-cure works in five minutes to clue woods, metals and non-waxy plastics permanently and the glue line remains flexible. As with all epoxies, 5-Cure actually bonds chemically with the work piece, bonding to either smooth or rough surfaces. 5-Cure is highly water resistant, yet is not intended for constant submersion or where the constant temperature will exceed 50 deg C(150 deg F). This product is also available in a 15 minute variety.

S-1 SEALER

S-1 Sealer is a two-part epoxy sealer compatible with all types of paints and clear finishes. S-1 Sealer can be used to protect and extend the service life of concrete, for a penetrating wood preservative and sealer, and for the prevention of moisture migration into FRP laminates. S-1 Sealer also contains rust and corrosion inhibitors for metals.

QUICK FAIR EPOXY PUTTY

QuikFair is a Fast curing epoxy putty that can be hand sanded in 3 hours and machine sanded in 4 hours. QuikFair's speed allows the user to make 2 applications in an 8 hour shift or 4 applications in on a round the clock basis. Prior to painting sanded QuikFair should be sealed with a mixed epoxy resin coating.

ROTFIX

Rot Fix is an easy to use. low viscosity epoxy wood restoration system for consolidation of rotted, deteriorated, dried out or spongy wood. it creates a strong, water resistant base for repair and restoration.

SCULPWOOD

Sculpwood is a moldable, carvable, sandable epoxy putty for replacement of damaged wood. Ideal for replacing missing sections of windowsills, frames and furniture or adding new sections to existing structures. (Porous, rotted or deteriorated wood should first be treated with a low viscosity epoxy such as ROTFIX.)

EPOXY COLOR PASTE

White Epoxy Paste is a titanium dioxide paste for use in epoxy resin. It should be added to the resin side first and then the amount of hardener can be calculated.

MARINE FIX FAST 5 min PUTTY

MARINE FIX FAST  is a rapid curing epoxy putty. Marine Fix Fast exhibits a superior hang on vertical surfaces and bonds permanently to fiberglass, wood, metal, no-waxy plastics, tile, concrete, etc. It can be drilled, tapped, ground, sawed and it sands like wood. MARINE FIX FAST  is impervious to grease, oil, detergents, brine or fuel, will cure underwater and can be painted.

BOND AIDE P-1500

Bond Aide portion stick epoxy putty is a hand mixable adhesive/sealant that sets steel hard in 20 minutes. Bond Aide can be drilled, tapped, filed and painted over after one hour. It will even cure underwater.

WEST SYSTEM 105 EPOXY RESIN

105 Resin is a base material of the West System family of products, on which all of the West system components are built. The resin is a clear, pale amber, low viscosity liquid epoxy resin. Formulated for use with West system hardeners, it can be cured in a wide temperature range to form a high strength solid with excellent moisture resistance. It is designed specifically to wet out and bond with wood fiber, fiberglass, reinforcing fabrics and a variety of metals. An excellent adhesive, 105 will fill gaps and bridge voids when modified with West system fillers and can be sanded and shaped when cured. 105 resin possesses excellent thin film characteristics to flow out and self level. 205 FAST HARDENER

205 Hardener is a medium viscosity epoxy curing agent. It is used in a majority of situations, at lower temperatures and to produce a rapid cure that develops its physical properties quickly at room temperature.

206 SLOW HARDENER

206 Slow Hardener is a low viscosity epoxy curing agent for use when extended working and cure time is needed or to provide adequate working time at higher temperatures.

207 SPECIAL COATING HARDENER

207 Special Coating Hardener is used where and exceptionally clear , moisture resistant, natural wood finish is desired. Cures to a light amber color, similar to traditional spar varnishes. An ultraviolet inhibiting additive improves the resistance to sunlight, but the cured epoxy will still require the additional protection of a quality UV-filtering varnish. It is mixed at 3: ratio. Uses the 303 series pumps.

MINI PUMPS

Mini Pumps are designed for convenient and accurate dispensing of West System 105 Resin and 205 or 206 Hardeners. Mini Pumps mount directly on the resin and hardener containers and eliminate the mess involved with measuring by weight or volume. The pumps are calibrated to deliver the proper working ratio of 5 parts resin to 1 part hardener or 3 parts resin to 1 part hardener with one full stroke of resin for each one full stroke of hardener.

403 MICROFIBERS

403 Microfibers, a fine filler blend, is used as a thickening additive with resin/hardener to create a multi-purpose adhesive, especially for bonding wood. Epoxy thickened with microfibers has good gap filling qualities while retaining excellent wetting/penetrating capability.

404 HIGH DENSITY FILLER

404 High Density filler is a thickening additive developed for maximum physical properties in hardware bonding where high-cycle loads are anticipated. It can also be used for filleting and gap-filling where maximum strength is necessary.

405 FILLETING BLEND

405 Filleting Blend is a strong wood toned filler that is good for use in glue joints and fillets on naturally-finished wood. It mixes easily with epoxy and lets you create fillets that are smooth and require little sanding. It's color is a consistent brown, so 405 can be used to modify the shade of other fillers.

406 COLLOIDAL SILICA

406 Colloidal Silica is a thickening additive used to control the viscosity of the epoxy and prevent epoxy runoff in vertical and overhead joints. 406 is a strong filler that creates a smooth mixture, ideal for general bonding and filleting. 406 is often used in combination with other fillers. It can be used to improve strength, abrasion resistance, and consistency of fairing compounds, resulting in a tougher, smoother surface.

407 LOW DENSITY FILLER

407 Low Density filler is a blended microballoon-based filler used to make fairing putties that are easy to sand or carve. It is reasonable strong on a strength-to-weight basis.

410 MICROLIGHT

410 Microlight is the ideal low-density filler for creating a light, easily worked fairing compound especially suited for fairing large areas. It feathers to a fine edge and is more economical for large fairing jobs.

422 BARRIER COAT

422 Barrier coat Additive is a proprietary blend designed to improve cured epoxy's moisture exclusion effectiveness. 422 is used as a barrier coating additive to prevent gelcoat blistering. 422 also increases the epoxy's abrasion resistance.

423 GRAPHITE POWDER

423 Graphite Powder is a fine black powder that can be mixed with West System epoxy to produce a low-friction exterior coating with increased scuff resistance and durability. Epoxy/Graphite  is commonly used as a bearing surface and as a coating on rudders and centerboards, or on the bottoms of racing craft that are dry sailed.
